Held in the lovely seaside town of Aberystwyth; THE biggest Rugby7s festival in Wales will once again take place over May Day bank holiday weekend, 5th - 6th May 2018.

There will be 3 different tiers of competition for which you can enter your team: Premier, Intermediate and Beginner’s. You will need to decide which league is best suited for your team, based on the following information:
- Premier: Aimed towards teams who’s players compete at club level or higher. Teams in this league will have minimum 8 players with playing experience.
- Intermediate: Aimed towards teams who’s players have some previous / current playing experience. Teams in this league will have no more than 8 players with playing experience.
- Beginners: Aimed towards teams who’s players have either little or no playing experience. Teams in this league will have no more than 4 players with playing experience.
If before / during the event it is found that you have purposefully placed your team in the wrong league, your team will be immediately withdrawn from the competition, and no refund will be given.
All winning teams of each league will receive prize money; figures dependant on the standard of league you select. (For example, Premier league winners will receive the highest amount).
Dates: 5 - 6 May 2018
Entry: Spectators entry to Aber7s 2018 is £5 a day or £8 for both days.
Parking: There will be a parking charge for all vehiclesm- £3 per day or £5 for both days. This will need to be obtained by an AberSU staff member (in Hi Viz) who will be at the parking site.
The car park is located at Padarn United FC.
The car park will be closing following the final games on Sunday & will not be open on Monday.
Food and Drink: We have a range of food and drink options on the #Aber7s site this year: American Diner, Indian cuisine, Hog roast, ice cream, coffee van and the university bar.

Rules & Regulations
Entry: Entry is free for all registered players so make sure to arrive with plenty of time prior to fist fixture! Remember, you will all be searched for alcohol by security. If any alcohol is found, it will be confiscated.
Team Registration: From 9:00am on Saturday morning at the Officials Tent on Blaendolau. (Captains only please).
Fixtures: The first fixtures will begin at 9.40am SHARP on both days. Any team who is late / does not show for a fixture will be withdrawn from the whole competition.
Gum shields: There will also be a small separate stall selling gum shields.
Presentation: The Awards Presentation will take place at the venue, following the Main Cup Final at approximately 5:30pm on Sunday.
