Cost of Living

Here's how we can help!

We know that right now the cost of living is a worry for everyone. We want to offer as much support to our students to help you through! Like our Free Hub, where you can get your clothing, homeware, food, and essentials all for FREE!

See our cost of living initiatives and how you can donate to these projects here:

FREE HUB

To help students with the cost of living the SU has a whole range of items available for students in an emergency to take for free! There are 2 rooms to the free hub, one with second hand homeware and clothing items, the other stocked with food and basic essentials like toiletries.

This form is to be filled in if you would like to request any items from the Essentials Hub. *available from 2nd October

  • Once you complete the form, you will receive an email within 2 working days with your collection details.
  • Please bring your own bag with you to collect the items.

If you are struggling financially, the Student Hardship Fund is another place you can go to for help.

Where to find the Free Hub
