Due to annual leave, the SU Advice Service will be closed from Monday 22/10/18 until Monday 5/11/18. However the service will be open for drop ins on Tuesday 23/10/2018 and Tuesday 30/10/18.
We are working with Student Support Services which will continue to be open for students to drop in Monday to Friday 2-4 (located within the Welcome Centre on campus).
The AberSU Advice Service based in the Students’ Union Building on the Penglais Campus and can help on a range of matters. We provide free advice in a professional but friendly environment with our advisors experienced in dealing with University procedures and processes. We won’t judge you; we are here to help you as much as we can, regardless of your issues.
Because we are independent from the University we are able to represent you without any conflict of interest. All enquiries are dealt with in the strictest confidence, which means that we do not disclose anything that you have told us unless you have given us permission to do so.
The Advice Service is open 10am-4pm Monday to Thursday during term-time with the exception of public holidays and occasional training days. During these times you can drop-in, book an appointment, telephone or email us.
In certain circumstances where the Advisor is already seeing a student you may be asked to pop back later in the day or book an appointment at our welcome desk.
