Held in the lovely seaside town of Aberystwyth; THE biggest Rugby 7s festival in Wales will once again take place on the weekend of the May Day Bank Holiday; 4th-5th May 2024.

Competitions
Men's Intermediate (Cash Prize) | Men's Beginner Competitive | Men's Beginner Social
Women's Intermediate (Cash Prize) | Women's Beginner
All competitions will run across the entire weekend. The 1st day of the event and morning of the 2nd day shall be played in a league format, with knockout rounds being held on the afternoon of the 2nd day. Dependant on each team’s success in the league format, they will progress into either the Cup, Plate or Trophy knock out competitions of which each will consist of semi-finals and finals.
Accommodation
We are delighted to be working with the University again this year in regards to providing affordable accommodation for our teams. You will be able to book rooms in our Penbryn and BunkHouse flats at a rate of £30pppn / £37.50 pppn respectively (based on a minimum two night stay).

Dates: 4th-5th May 2024
Entry: Spectators entry to Aber7s 2024 is £8 a day / £10 for both days (cash & contactless payments accepted OR pre-pay online HERE)
Parking: There will be a parking charge for all vehicles; £3 per day or £5 for both days. This will need to be obtained by an AberSU staff member (in Hi Viz) who will be at the parking site OR can be pre-paid online. The car park is located at Padarn United FC, which is next to the main event site. The car park will be closing following the final games on Sunday and will NOT be open until the Tuesday for collection of your vehicle.
Food and Drink: We have a range of food and drink options on the Aber7s site. You don’t need to leave the field!

Entry: Queues can drum up on the first day so make sure to arrive with plenty of time prior to first fixture! Remember, you will all be searched for alcohol by security. If any alcohol is found, it will be confiscated.
Team Registration: From 9:00am on Saturday morning at the Officials Tent on Blaendolau. (Captains only please). Please come let us know that you/your team have arrived. weekend
Fixtures: The first fixtures will begin at 10:00am SHARP on both days. Any team who is late / does not show for a fixture may risk beng withdrawn from the competition.
Gum shields: There will also be a small separate stall selling gum shields.
Presentation: The Awards Presentation will take place at the venue, following the Main Cup Final at approximately 5:00pm on Sunday.
