- Speak to students and collect information and stories about their housing experiences.
- Create relationships with Local Council as well as Welsh Government.
- Investigate rented properties have a compulsory public damp rating.
- Investigate renters rights act in Wales • Create clear and easy to understand guides on students’renters rights
- Provide damp meters for student to loan while viewing accommodation.
