The Aberystwyth Yoga Society offer a space in which you can improve your mindfulness, flexibility and stamina in a safe space with like minded people whilst also sharing knowledge of Yoga practices.

What we do

  • We meet for 2 practices a week.
  • We like to emphasize that it is your practice and your time. All the ques and poses given are just options. Feel free to move however you want to, or just sit in stillness. We recommend listening to safety ques when discussing new poses but, if you’d rather an hour of meditation, you can have the space to do so.

Socials 

  • Sober socials - Bonfire nights, Games nights, Nature Walk.
  • Drinking socials - Themed socials
  • Group meditations – Some quiet time together, time to still in stillness, focus our intentions and simply breathe.
