What we do

We meet for 2 practices a week.
We like to emphasize that it is your practice and your time. All the ques and poses given are just options. Feel free to move however you want to, or just sit in stillness. We recommend listening to safety ques when discussing new poses but, if you’d rather an hour of meditation, you can have the space to do so.

Socials

Sober socials - Coffee mornings at 2PM , Bonfire nights, Games nights, Nature Walk.
Drinking socials - Themed socials
Group meditations – Some quiet time together, time to still in stillness, focus our intentions and simply breathe.
