Welcome to the Aberystwyth Body Improvement Club! A sports club where we get together to collectively work on ourselves. Our regular workouts include free-weight and mechanical strength training along side routine cardiovascular exercise. We also will be having scheduled socials and activities throghout the year, such as bouldering, running, and cooking sessions!
We have official workouts 3 times a week at the Aberystwyth Sports Centre:
Monday 18:00 - 19:30
Wednesday 18:00 - 19:30
Friday 18:00 - 19:30
Please remember to bring a water bottle! Also, please note that the club membership does not include membership to the Sports Centre.
