What has been the most enjoyable part of being on committee?
The most enjoyable part of being on committee has definitely been organising our charity showcases and competitions and getting to spend more time with like-minded people to work together to create our routines. It's been so wonderful to get to see our members fall in love with Aerial like I did and see them want to add to the club and join committee too!
Can you tell us about a time where your role was challenging?
While the role can be challanging in terms of the extra workload and managing relationships between members if there is ever a dispute it is a worthwhile experience and if you are organised and dedicated then any challenges will be fleeting.
