Aspiring Leaders Camp

The Aspiring Leader Camp supported by the Aber Fund is a free residential camp open to all Students’ Union Volunteers as well as those interested in being further involved in union-led activity including, Academic Reps, Club and Societies, Peer/Department Mentors, Volunteer Officers and Volunteering including projects such as the A-Team.

The camp is an opportunity for those attending to reflect on their leadership and learning styles as well as develop new and existing skills which you will be able to use to a greater impact on campus.

The camp includes workshops delivered by a range of trainers, team building and outdoor activities giving students the opportunity to meet others and play a more active role in student life.

All attendees will receive a certificate of attendance and will be able to log their hours for the Aber Award.


2019 Aspiring Leaders Camp

APPLICATIONS FOR THE 2019 CAMP ARE NOW OPEN.

The camp will take place between Friday 15th and Sunday 17th February. All meals, transport and accommodation is provided free of charge. The deadline to apply is Sunday 20th January 2019.
