Whether you're looking to become a competitive rank-climbing player online or just looking to learn more about the gameplay and culture of a very influential game, you'll fit right in!
Normally we meet 2-3 times per week. Once for a "beginners game", were more experienced players can coach and guide newer players. Once more for a "intermediate game", where no coaching takes place. And, depending on how people are feeling, we might do something non-Mahjong related.
Mahjong society hopes to foster an accepting environment for its players, and we dedicate ourselves to the acceptance of all members regardless of age, race, ethnicity, ability, culture or nationality, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, religious affiliation, socioeconomic status, marital status and preferred Yaku.
