This will be a local event for the wider community to come together and take part in. The Bandstand on the Promenade will be opened during the event as a safe space so that individuals can have the chance to come together and talk, raise awareness, and remember those lost from suicide. The bandstand will be open from 9am - 5pm, and Hannah will be there from 1:30pm until 5pm***

More about International Survivors of Suicide Loss Day

More often than not, the lead up to the winter holiday season can be a very difficult time for suicide loss survivors. It because of this that this year, International Survivors of Suicide Loss Day is Saturday 20th November 2021.

This is a day for those of us who have been affected by suicide and suicide loss to come together all around the world – To find comfort, gain understanding and share stories of healing and hope. It is also an opportunity for us to come together and remember the lives of those who have been lost from suicide.
