Give It A Go! - Aerial Fitness

If you've never tried aerial hoop or pole before, this is the perfect opportunity!
We'll be introducing you to the very basics on both the hoop and the pole. No previous experience required.

There will be hoops and poles available, with an opportunity for a switchover halfway through the session so you can try both.
There will also be a warm up and cool down at the start and end of the session.

Aerial fitness is a workout! Bring plenty of water and make sure you've eaten enough before the session.

Appropriate Clothing

Ideal clothing for hoop covers the legs (as the grip tape on the hoop is abrasive).
T-shirt and leggings/yoga pants/joggers works well.

Ideal clothing for pole allows the arms and legs to come into direct contact with the pole.
Shorts and a tank top or sports bra works well
But ultimately, whatever you already have and feel comfortable in is best!

Denim and any clothes/belts with outward facing metal (buttons, buckles, etc.) is not appropriate as it can damage the equipment.
You will also be asked to remove jewelry such as rings, bracelets, necklaces, and large hoop earrings.
