Terms and Conditions

Purchase of a ticket for an event signifies agreement to the following:

1. Right to refuse admission. Over 18’s only.
2. No professional ‘type’ cameras, video cameras or tape recorders will be allowed in the venue.
3. In the event of a cancellation, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded.
4. The venue reserves the right to change the bill without prior notification.
5. Ticket holders consent to the filming, photography and sound recording as members of the audience.
6. No pass outs will be issued.
7. Tickets are non-refundable or transferable. Please retain ticket portion as proof of purchase.
8. Title to the ticket remains with the promoter until payment has been received in full.
9. Warning – exposure to loud and excessive music may be damaging to your hearing.
10. Warning – strobe lighting may be used.
