Undeb Aber Staff Ceredigion Coast Challenge

The Undeb Aber Staff team are working together to simultaneously cover the entire length of the Ceredigion Coast path in a day. We wanted to spend time together, challenge ourselves in an inclusive way, get out into nature, boost our wellbeing and raise money for a good cause at the same time. 

We'll be walking a combined 60 miles from Ynyslas to Cardigan on the 19th June and it would be great to make a difference while we do it. 

The Wales Air Ambulance Charity provides advanced life-saving emergency care for everyone in Wales, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It relies entirely on donations to keep our helicopters in the air and rapid response vehicles on the road.
