In this session, Lucy Orton, anti-self-sabotage expert, podcaster and positive psychology coach (an ex-perfectionist!) will talk about her passion for imperfection and how letting go of the all-too-common perfectionist tendencies can create space for more creativity, more success and greater wellbeing.
Lucy is a passionate proponent of being excessively kind to yourself, of reducing the pressure we pile upon ourselves in all aspects of life and of being held back by mindset gremlins. Lucy believes chasing perfectionism is one of the most damaging mindset saboteurs and she is dedicated to busting through the myths that abound surrounding perfectionism as either a benign or positive focus in our lives.
During this workshop Lucy will be discussing:
