In this session, Lucy Orton, anti-self-sabotage expert, podcaster and positive psychology coach will talk about the myths and misunderstandings
surrounding what makes us productive.
Lucy is a huge champion of being kind to yourself, recognising when your mind is self-sabotaging you from reaching your goals and dreams, and focusing on ways to create
routines and a life that works FOR you, rather than against you.

- How the myth of productivity damages us and can negatively affect our self-esteem, our mindset AND the amount and quality of work we get done.
- Why procrastination gets a hard rap and how it's not usually the root cause of why we can't get things done; rather it's a symptom of other issues at play.
- The positive side of procrastination and the concept of being an 'incubator' - how sometimes what we may see as procrastination can in fact lead to some of our greatest work and ideas.
