'Emotional wellbeing - How to develop a healthy response to negative emotions that arise in yourself and others.’ Workshop by Sam Thorne

***Grab yourself a FREE ticket and the zoom link will be sent to you the day before the workshop***

Sam’s health philosophy is about living more mindfully so that we increase our intuition and start making better choices. Health is an art because it spans across every aspect of how we life, move, breathe, connect, eat.

Acceptance is one of the pillars of an effective, healthy mindset that leads to long term wellness. It is also a fundamental part of how we react and respond to the outer world.

The workshop will guide you through the various levels of emotions that can come up and how we can transcend them within ourselves.

With these great insights, each individual can create their own action plan to introduce more self-acceptance and therefore create a more positive relationship with themselves.

When we work with the 3 areas of acceptance; our current emotions, our body and our current environment then we are able to access better states of calm presence and relaxation. This in-turn ‘free’s up’ more energy as we start to accept what we cannot control, and instead focus our attention on what we can control and change in our lives.

When we start to understand our own emotions better and how they correspond to the unique situation we find ourselves in, we start to see that others are also doing their best to find their way within the circumstances they find themselves in. Therefore compassion, joy and kindness start with working on ourselves, then we can allow it to naturally flow to others. Come and try it out for yourself!
