Stick the kettle on, grab your favourite mug, and join us and others for a chat. We recognise since COVID-19 arrived, getting together and socialising has been a bit more difficult than usual. These sessions are aimed at students who would like the opportunity to meet new people and chat about a range of topics from mental health to hobbies.

It's a chance to share information and tips around life in general, and also find out what other people have been up to during lockdown. You can drop in for 5 minutes or stay for the hour, it is completely up to you. Although we recommend that you have your camera on to benefit from the full experience of this session, attending with your camera off is fine too.

If for any reason you have problems accessing the session, please email union@aber.ac.uk. Please be mindful of your self-care when attending the session, as the content may be distressing or triggering. Remember there are a range of support services available to help if you need them.
