We are proud to announce ourselves as one of Aberystwyth’s mixed sports, with all genders training together. Our club is welcoming those of all abilities, if you’re cricket obsessed, or are looking for a new friendly sport to have a go at. The club has team equipment which is available to use by members all year if required. Each semester we will be announcing a trial session, a no pressure invitation to give the sport a go and see if it reinvigorates your rounders days.

There is plenty of opportunity to play cricket competitively, with BUCS indoor leagues in the winter, BUCS outdoor in the summer months and Varsity against Bangor. We also enjoy taking part in a friendly local league (great for introducing less experienced members to the sport).

We offer plenty of opportunites for all members to better their cricketing skills by providing regular coaching during training sessions, including some 1-1 coaching when needed to better skills and techinque. We also have a close relationship with many local cricket teams which we play both indoor and outdoor friendlies throughout the academic year.

For those that have turned the cutthroat competitive world of cricket away we are also welcoming social members. Our socials run on a Wednesday with a different theme each week, going around visiting our lovely sponsors. Our social theme and meeting points are posted each week on our social media pages.

Training Times*:

Monday 12:30-14:00 (mixed)

Thursday 14:30-16:00 (mixed)

Saturday 12:30-14:30 (mixed)

*all training takes place in the University sports cage on campus
