Alongside our aerial fitness classes we have regular socials where you will have the chance to get to know your fellow members! Who we are:
We are a club offering pole and aerial hoop sessions to members of all abilities. Whether you have aerial experience or are a complete beginner, we will provide you with a full body workout challenging your strength, endurance and flexibility. We pride ourselves on being a supportive and inclusive environment for you to build your confidence and fitness as well as building strong friendships. Our training sessions are every Monday 5-7pm and Thursday 5:30-7:30pm.
Alongside our training sessions, there are opportunities to take part in showcase performances, the SU Arts Festival and competitions such as Varsity.
This year we will also be offering stretching and flexibility, and strength and conditioning classes in person.
Aerial Fitness is the ideal sport for anyone wanting to gain confidence in themselves and their abilities as well as building strength, flexibility and overall fitness.
Aber Aerial Fitness is a club committed to the inclusion and acceptance of all our members, regardless of age, ethnicity, ability, culture or nationality, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, religious affiliation, socioeconomic status or marital status. We strive to create a safe and inclusive environment in which everyone can achieve their very best. We have no prerequisites for joining - no experience is required and we will cater to all levels of ability. Most importantly, we are proud of the confidence our members are able to build by being a part of Aber Aerial Fitness.

Rydyn ni’n glwb sy’n cynnig sesiynau polyn a chylch awyrol i aelodau o bob gallu. Waeth oes gennych brofiad blaenorol neu eich bod ond megis dechrau, byddwn yn darparu ymarfer corff llawn fydd yn rhoi eich cryfder, eich dygnwch a’ch hyblygrwydd ar brawf. Rydyn ni’n falch o fagu amgylchedd cefnogol a chynhwysol lle gallwch feithrin hyder, gwella eich ffitrwydd a gwneud ffrindiau clos. Cynhelir ein sesiynau hyfforddi bob dydd Llun rhwng 5–7yh a dydd Iau rhwng 5:30–7:30yh.
Yn ogystal â’n sesiynau hyfforddi rheolaidd, mae cyfleoedd i gymryd rhan mewn perfformiadau arddangos, Gŵyl y Celfyddydau Undeb Aber, a chystadlaethau fel Varsity.
Eleni, byddwn hefyd yn cynnig dosbarthiadau ymestyn a hyblygrwydd, yn ogystal â sesiynau cryfhau a chyflyru wyneb yn wyneb.
Ffitrwydd Awyr yw’r gamp ddelfrydol i unrhyw un sy’n dymuno meithrin hyder yn eu galluoedd, yn ogystal â magu cryfder, hyblygrwydd a ffitrwydd cyffredinol.
Mae Ffitrwydd Awyr Aber yn glwb sydd wedi ymrwymo i groesawu a chynnwys pob aelod, waeth beth fo’u hoedran, eu hethnigrwydd, eu gallu, eu diwylliant neu eu cenedligrwydd, eu cyfeiriadedd rhywiol, eu hunaniaeth neu eu mynegiant rhywedd, eu crefydd, eu cefndir economaidd-gymdeithasol neu eu statws priodasol. Rydyn ni’n ymdrechu i greu amgylchedd diogel, croesawgar a chynhwysol lle gall pawb gyflawni eu gorau. Nid oes unrhyw ofynion ymlaen llaw i ymuno — does dim angen profiad, ac rydyn ni’n darparu ar gyfer pob gallu.

At Aerial Fitness we offer the following sessions:
Yn Ffitrwydd Awyr, rydyn ni’n cynnig y sesiynau canlynol:
Pole and Hoop Training - Mondays & Thursdays 17:30-19:30
Two training sessions per week, one for each of the two disciplines practised at the club.
During training sessions our experienced committee members will teach you new moves and help you to improve on moves you've already learned.
We will guide through the progressions, ensuring that you learn new things when you are ready for them.
There will time at the end of each session to take pictures and recording of things you've learned
Hyfforddiant Polyn a Chylch - Dydd Llun a Dydd Iau, 17:30–19:30
Dwy sesiwn hyfforddi’r wythnos, un ar gyfer pob un o’r ddwy ddisgyblaeth a ymarferir yn y clwb.
Yn ystod y sesiynau hyn, bydd ein haelodau profiadol o’r pwyllgor yn dysgu symudiadau newydd i chi ac yn eich helpu i wella ar y symudiadau rydych eisoes wedi’u meistroli.
Byddwn yn eich tywys drwy bob cam o’r datblygiad, gan sicrhau eich bod yn dysgu pethau newydd pan fyddwch yn barod amdanynt.
Bydd amser ar ddiwedd pob sesiwn i dynnu lluniau a recordio’r hyn rydych wedi’i ddysgu.
Performance Practice - Sundays 13:30-17:30
There will be a number of opportunities to perform in front of an audience and to compete in various competitions throughout the year.
If you'd like to put together a routine for a performance this is the time to work on that.
Each year there is a Winter Showcase, Summer Showcase and Varsity competition with Bangor. There will also be other opportunities to perform and compete.
Putting together a routine is the fastes way to improve your aerial skills, as you will have to practise your moves over and over again!
Ymarfer Perfformio - Dydd Sul 13:30–17:30
Bydd nifer o gyfleoedd trwy gydol y flwyddyn i berfformio o flaen cynulleidfa ac i gystadlu mewn amryw o gystadlaethau.
Os hoffech greu trefniant ar gyfer perfformiad, dyma’r amser gorau i fwrw ati.
Bob blwyddyn cynhelir Arddangosid y Gaeaf, Arddangosiad yr Haf, a Varsity gyda Bangor. Ar ben hynny, bydd cyfleoedd eraill i berfformio a chystadlu.
Mae creu dawnsdrefn yn un o’r ffyrdd cyflymaf o wella eich sgiliau awyr, gan y bydd angen i chi ymarfer eich symudiadau dro ar ôl tro.
Wellness Wednesdays - Wednesdays, fortnightly, alternating with our socials
Stretching and flexibility sessions, floorwork, chair dances, calisthenics and all sorts of sessions to share additional things you cantrain at home to improve your aerial skills!
Dydd Mercher Llesol - Dydd Mercher, bob pythefnos, bob yn ail gyda’n digwyddiadau cymdeithasol
Sesiynau ymestyn a hyblygrwydd, gwaith llawr, dawnsio cadair, calisthenics a phob math o sesiynau i rannu syniadau ychwanegol y gallwch eu hyfforddi gartref i wella eich sgiliau awyrol!
Socials - fortnightly, alternating between nighttime and daytime socials.
A variety of opportunities to see all your aerial pals outside of training sessions!

Club Socials:
Our club socials will vary on theme from week to week, giving you the chance to meet new people and try new things outside of club sessions!
There will be absolutely no pressure to drink, as we will be offering a range of events throughout the year to suit everyones interest!
