Have you ever wanted to dance? To be able to get on to the dance floor and impress everyone around with your rhythm and skills? If so, Panthers Street Dance is the club for you! Whether you are an experienced dancer with moves out of another world, if you have never danced before but have always had a secret dream of becoming a dance star, or if you simply want a fun way of getting exercise and being social outside of the stressful life of uni, we are the club for you.
We offer plenty of different styles where hip-hop, locking, house, wacking and lyrical hip-hop are some, however our goal is to offer a little bit of everything within street dance. Additional to this, Panthers also represent the University in shows and competitions every year, with our main focus being the national competition Go Hard or Go Home where we got 2nd place in 2018 and 3rd place in 2019!
If you´re not made for competitions and shows, you are still more than welcome to come along to classes for a boogie, to join us for socials or family nights. Socials are held on Wednesday nights (information can be found every week on the facebook page). Most of all, Panthers Street Dance is all about having fun with dance and with each other, and to create some great memories before we all graduate.
