Staff Learning & Development
The Union believes that its staff are its greatest asset and is committed to providing opportunities, facilities and help to ensure that all members of staff possess the knowledge, skills and experience necessary to perform their jobs to a high standard.
Training for all staff is included in the budget each year. The Students’ Union is committed to the support and encouragement of staff development activities and the development needs of all staff will be dealt with fairly.
