6-week Stress Management Course starts 5th February.
This is a great introductory to stress and tools to manage stress.
We will cover what stress is, how it works in our nervous system and how tools like Mindfulness, Self Compassion and Assertiveness help us to mitigate and manage it.
Sessions are taught live on Thursday mornings from 10-12 and it is assessed through a reflective essay where you get the chance to reflect on your own experience of stress and what does and doesn't work for you.
Great for you if you want to learn tools for yourself and also if you want to bring tools into your workplace or home for others.
