Key meetings for staff:
Monday 'Head'space: This happens every Monday at 10am and is a space for Managers to look at where they are at, what they need from each other, what is needed for the week ahead and how to approach it with intention.
Officers Monday catch up: Happens every Monday at 11am and is a chance for Officers to look at where they are at and how they feel about the week ahead as well as catch up on any collective issues.
Monthly Staff Meeting: These happen on the first Tuesday of every month at 11am - broad topics for these meetings can be found here
Trustee Board Meetings: These happen a minimum of 4 times a year
