Short introduction…
Hi, I’m Elizabeth. I studied Psychology at Aberystwyth with the aim of eventually becoming a counsellor. I ran as Academic Affairs Officer as I was an Academic Rep for Psychology in my third year, and loved making a difference through communicating student feedback to the SU and the University.
What are your hobbies or interests?
Dance & musical theatre are my main hobbies/interests. I’ve done ballet since I was 2 ½ as well as jazz/modern and contemporary. I also love musicals & going to the theatre in London. However, I also love everything else artistic.
I also love being outdoors, from the sun and beach to the mountains and snow..
What is your favourite Aberystwyth hangout?
You’ll always find me in any café that does brunch… but if not, you’ll find me soaking up the sun on the beach.
Do you have any out there traditions or strange superstitions?
You’ll never catch me walking under scaffolding… I once did, and later that day dropped (& smashed) a glass bottle on the seafront…coincidence?
Name a favourite place you have visited and why.
Thailand. The food’s so good, and walking through Bangkok, taking the city in, is incredible.
