As part of the Students' Union Speak Week 2015, from the 9th to the 13th of February, AberSU will be running an event called 'We are Aberystwyth' - a public meeting held at Theatr Arad Goch on the 13th, from 18:30 - 20:00.
It's an opportunity for people to share their experiences, problems, concerns and good practise regarding their community. As we embark on three years of elections - it's time for the people of Aberystwyth to respond and discuss the problems that are important to them.
We hope that the audience, be they businesses, the public or students, will be inspired to do something for themselves through community organising.
Different groups will discuss specific themes such as transport, health, education, agriculture etc.
It would be great to have you there - Aberystwyth's political leaders will also be invited. But this is your opportunity to act as well as speak!
